It is end of my training week #3 and I will write new post as promised.
In the mean time, I had an idea for buying running shoes – I will order online since the regular shops are closed due to corona pandemic.
I also transformed my initial plan for week 3 from both running and walking in the morning to just running. So, I did 40km of running, each morning 10km of running times 4, and 40km of walking, 10km daily times 4, instead of 30+50.
How do I feel? I feel exhausted. I didn’t train this much not even when I did my personal bests years before now. I couldn’t sleep normal last night due to the muscle pains. I took Aspirin but it didn’t help. I slept maybe 3-4 hours. Too less. I did manage to run 10km this morning, fourth time in a row this week, but the tempo was very slow.
Week 3, day 1: 7am 10km in 53mins. 5 hours later walking 10km.
Week 3, day 2: 7am 10km in 56mins. 5 hours later 10km walking.
Week 3, day 3: 7am 10km in 56mins. 5 hours later 10km walking.
Week 3, day 4: 7am 10km in 59mins. 5 hours later 10km walking.
Next week is week #4, of my training month #1, and I plan to do few tempo trainings and one lenght training to fill my desired quota of 300km in first training month.
Remember, that I had past experience of running. If I am a total beginner I would start with much less km in the first month. Perhapse 100km total, or 150km total with a lot of walking or very slow running.
Next 3 days, it is weekend, I sustain from any form of moving. Rest of this day and tomorrow I rest entirely and I will have sea salt bath. Day after tomorrow, Sunday, I will do strenght and flexibility exercises.
And yes! Finally!! I will start taking Creatine again, after a long period, even years of abstinence, to promote my strenght by 10-15% and to enlarge my Creatin Phosphate deposits. This has nothing to do with my long distance training. I also like to get stronger for selfdefense reasons and everyday purposes.
What more to write now? I think this is it for week #3 and for my further plans.
