I ad hoc changed plan for week 4 but just a bit. This is how it looked like:
Tuesday 9km running
Wednesday 9km running
Thursday 9km running and 9km walking
Friday 9km running and 9 km walking
Saturday 9km running
Sunday 17km walking.
It was 80km total.
Week 1: 60km, week 2: 80km, week 3 80km, week 4 80km = total 300km.
Month 2 Week 1 has already started. Mon/tue/wed I did 10km running in the morning and 10km walking 5 hours later. Thursday I will walk 10km in the morning and 10km 5 hours later.
It will be 80km in Month 2 Week 1.
For second week I plan to run 4 days mon/tue/wed/thu 9km in the morning and in the Saturday I will walk 44km fast pace as my first marathon lenght training. With time that fast pace walking will be translated into running.
I still feel exhausted. I can not sleep at night because every muscle in my body hurts. But it is the price of boom start. I could have started much easier but the progress would also be much slower.
I didn’t have a sea salt bath yet. This weekend it is a priority. I must relax. There is too much stress in my muscles. My back are too tense. I must get good night sleep and have a sea salt bath.
Good news is that I have transformed my mindset. There is only me and the road now. No more wasting time, no more laziness. I put every moment of my life in one straight direction: IMPROVE MYSELF BOTH CONDITIONALLY AND MENTALLY!!!
