I have bought new running shoes for myself to replace the worned ones. Manufacturer is Asics, model name is GT 2000 8. Price 110€. It is model specially made for pronators like me. My feets feel really comfortable in them and I notice relaxation in the knees when I run. Excellent running shoes I would recommend to all pronators. A bit pricey but all good things have their adequate value.
