As planned, this weekend I went to check Trnovčica Streetworkout track. The weather was sunny, hot and dry. I saw complete and new calisthenics facility, in the open, with beautiful surroundings: elementary school and belonging sport fields, church, summer house, table tennis and small bridge over drain ditch.
Same as Klaka, Trnovčica also have a problem with auxiliary structures: there is no toilet in the vicinity and no fresh water supply. Well, most of the exercisers live nearby so they can go home and you can bring your own water for hydration purposes. But at least I expect hygiene. Unfortunately, there is garbage scattered around, grass is uncut and the bars are greased like Travolta’s hair in the 1978. movie – Grease.
I did my usual training routine: narrow pull ups, wide pull ups behind neck and deepses.
