M2/W1-4
I noticed slight incongruity in my blog, so I deleted posts regarding M2/W1-3. This is correct info for M2: W1 48km mostly walking, W2 58km of which 29km running, W3 30km walking, W4 started with both 9km running and 9km walking and is still ongoing. M1 was 300km total (about 150km running and 150km walking).
Just a matter of time
I live here in Croatia, Zagreb, in a suburb, for a 42 years now. I know how the things role. You have no peace for training or anything. I ad hoc changed plan for week 4 but just a bit. My running shoes status
This is the only running shoes I have at my disposal right now. Both pair are in the state of almost falling apart. I didn’t renew my running shoes for years. At the end of week #4 I will go online and order pair or two of new running shoes.

“MOJA TRKAČKA KRONOLOGIJA” – FELJTON by Gurkha Maratonac, 1. DIO: Počeo sam se baviti trčanjem 2000. Tada sam imao 22 godine a glavni razlog je bio prestanak pušenja.
