Yesterday I weighed the bar. It has 7kg with threads which means that I have lifted not 75kg but 77kg. 20kg x2 (x1 on each side) + 5kg x6 (x3 on each side) + bar 7kg = 77kg. Today I did my regular strenght training and tried to bench press 45kg 30 times. I stayed at 25 reps. Since I can bench press total of 77kg I found that for me personally total of 77kg is equivalent to the 25 reps with 45kg.
